Nabubuhay ako Dahil sayo/ I live because of you is both the title and the name of the Filipino love ballad used in the video. Nabubuhay ako Dahil sayo/ I live because of you depicts scenes in  empty financial aid offices in and around the university I attended, spaces I describe as bureaucratic purgatory. This video is in response to the insidious process of asking for aid, how exhausting it is to ask for help in a system deliberately designed to be inaccessible. To verify circumstances of financial need is taxing,demeaning, and relentless. I metabolize these cumulative grievances through drag, satire, and performance.
